Everything you wanted to ask a duck but were afraid to.
Every pair is 80% combed cotton, 17% polyamide and 3% elastane. The combed cotton is the softness, the polyamide is the durability — concentrated in a reinforced heel and toe — and the elastane keeps the cuff from sagging. The duck motif is knitted into the fabric, not printed on top, so it can't crack or peel off in the wash.
Yes. They're ribbed through the leg with a cushioned footbed, in a combed-cotton blend that's smooth rather than scratchy. Comfy as duck.
No. We've seen that claim floating around and it's wrong — our socks are a combed-cotton blend, not wool. That makes them a year-round sock rather than a winter-only one, and it means no itch for anyone sensitive to wool. The Quack Scarf is the only wool-containing item we make (40% lambswool).
S, M and L. The size guide maps each to EU and UK shoe sizes. If you're on the line between two, size up — the elastane takes up the slack.
The Duck Tote is 100% heavy cotton canvas at around 12 oz. Le Backpack, the Mini Crossbody and The Weekender use a water-resistant recycled poly-canvas. All four use antique-brass hardware.
Water-resistant, not waterproof. The recycled poly-canvas handles drizzle and spills fine, but it isn't a dry bag — a laptop in heavy rain still wants a sleeve. The cotton canvas tote is the least weather-resistant of the range by design.
30°C, inside out, and skip the tumble dryer. Heat is the only thing the elastane really objects to. Bags and caps should be spot-cleaned rather than machine-washed; the scarf is hand-wash cool or dry-clean.

Yes. A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse.
30 days from delivery on any unworn item in its original condition. EU customers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on top of that.
Email admin@duckbro.store with your order number. We'll send a return label and instructions, and refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the parcel reaching us.
For hygiene reasons, no — socks need to be unworn with the packaging intact. Faulty items are a different matter and are always refunded or replaced at no cost to you.
Payments run through Stripe. Your card details go straight to them; we never see or store them.
