30-day returns

Return any unworn item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. EU customers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

How to return

• Email admin@duckbro.store with your order number.
• We'll send a return label and instructions.
• Drop it off — refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving it.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, socks must be unworn with packaging intact. Faulty items are always refunded or replaced at no cost to you.
