• Order data — name, shipping address, email, and order details, so we can fulfil and support your order.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Cart & preferences — stored in your browser (localStorage) to remember your bag.
• Email — only if you subscribe to our newsletter; you can unsubscribe anytime.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process order data to perform our contract with you, newsletter data with your consent, and limited data for our legitimate interest in running and securing the shop.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that make the shop work: Stripe (payments), our shipping carrier, and our email provider. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to processing. Email admin@duckbro.store and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies/local storage to run the cart and remember your consent choice. We don't run advertising trackers by default.
